Hosted feature services in an enterprise GIS environment can be a simple, highly configurable way to offer GPS data collection to non-GIS users. In this forum presentation I'll talk about how I set up services, how the City accesses them, and how we use the collected data. Ideally, we all learn something (me included!) during this informal and conversational colloquy.
